Situated on the second floor of the hotel, complemented by two spacious balconies with maximum capacity 80 guests, Olympus restaurant is appropriate for weddings, family celebrations, birthdays, company parties, tastings. It distinguishes with its abundant wine card, which contains great diversity of Bulgarian and foreign wines carefully chosen and selected in three groups. Here you shall find appropriate drink to each dish of our incredible menu. In the morning the choice is among – continental, French and English breakfast. We have elaborated a Set Menu for the days of the weeks and A La Carte menu for the culinary tourists’ exquisite taste. Acknowledged specialties await you. Some of them are: Duck liver on caramelized pineapple, Veal carpaccio, Trout grilled in foil with green herbs, garnished with stewed broccoli and many other culinary surprises.
